This tired 1st floor flat in a beautiful Victorian property, was crying out for some love. After some lengthy negotiations with the vendor we opened up the kitchen into what used to be the bathroom and the rear bedroom to create a stunning 3 bed property full of light and character.

Refurbished and expanded from a 1 bed into a 2 bed maisonette, with a huge corner garden and garage in the cosy location of Sidcup. Vendor had to move due to medical issues and we created a win-win by purchasing with a short lease and extended the lease whilst we did the work.
